Our Simple, Clear, No-Stress Process
1. Schedule an Estimate
Everything begins with a simple request. Just book your free estimate online or reach out for more information. Once we receive your request, we’ll review the basics of your project and move into the next step.
2. Qualifying Your Project
Our office manager will give you a call to ask a few simple but important questions about your home. This helps us make sure we’re the right fit & ensures you get an honest, accurate ballpark price. You'll be asked things like the approximate square footage of the space you want painted & your ideal timeline. By the end of the call, you’ll have a clear sense of what your project may cost & what to expect.
3. Receive Your Exact Estimate
4. Color & Design Consultation
If the pricing & timeline from the call feel right, our estimator will meet you at your home to provide you the most accuarte estimate. You'll walk the space togethe, review the full scope of project, answer any questions, & provide a precise estimate on the spot (and emailed to you immediately). If you’d like to move forward, we ask you provide a 50% deposit to secure your place on our production schedule.
Once your project is scheduled, you have the option to work with our color consultant to help choose the best paint colors for your home. This step matters. The right colors can completely transform how your space feels, and she'll guides you through every option with care & expertise.
5. The Painting Begins
This is where the magic happens! After your colors are chosen, our project manager meets you at your home a few days before production. We review the full scope of work, confirm expectations, & prepare. When production begins, our team will arrive 7:30 am and leave your home by 4 pm, Monday-Friday. We handle all prep, protection, cleaning, & painting with the premium craftsmanship we’re known for.
6. Walkthrough & Cleanup
When the painting is finished, we walk the entire project with you to make sure everything looks exactly the way you envisioned. If there’s anything you’d like adjusted, we’re happy to take care of it on the spot. After you’re completely satisfied, we collect the remaining 50% balance & make sure your home is spotless, with no mess left behind. Before we leave, we ask for your feedback and thank you for trusting us with your home!

But my favorite part of the job is helping homeowners choose colors and create spaces that feel warm, peaceful, and truly their own. When I’m not working, you’ll find me teaching yoga. Yoga is a passion of mine, and I am an instructor at a yoga studio in Hendersonville.”
